Return & Refund Policy

At Encliff, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. No Questions Asked 3-Day Return

We offer a No Questions Asked 3-Day Return policy. You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, invoices, accessories, and free gifts (if any) must be returned with the product.

2. Return Charges

No return handling fee will be charged if:

  • You receive a damaged product.

  • You receive the wrong product.

  • Items are missing from your order.

  • You receive an empty package.

In these cases, Encliff will bear the complete return shipping cost, and no deduction will be made from your refund. But in any case other than those mentioned above A ₹150 return handling fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

3. Mandatory 360° Unboxing Video

To ensure a fair and transparent claim process, a continuous 360-degree package opening (unboxing) video is mandatory for claims related to:

  • Wrong product received

  • Damaged product received

  • Missing items

  • Empty package

The video must:

  • Clearly show the sealed package from all sides before opening.

  • Be recorded in one continuous, unedited shot.

  • Clearly capture the shipping label.

  • Show the complete unboxing process until all contents are visible.

Claims related to the above issues submitted without the required unboxing video may not be approved.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The return request is made after 3 days of delivery.

  • The product has been used, worn, damaged after delivery, washed, or altered in any manner.

  • Original packaging, tags, invoices, accessories, or free gifts are missing.

  • The returned product fails our quality inspection.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Fill out the return request form within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Provide:

    • Order Number

    • Reason for return (optional for standard returns)

    • Clear photographs of the product (if applicable)

    • A continuous 360-degree unboxing video for claims involving wrong, damaged, missing, or empty package deliveries.

  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

  4. If approved, return pickup instructions will be shared.

6. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and successfully passes our quality inspection:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–15 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another approved payment method after receiving the customer's bank details.

  • For customer-initiated returns, the applicable ₹150 return handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of Encliff.

7. Replacement Policy

Where available, Encliff may offer a replacement instead of a refund for:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Transit damage

Replacement is subject to stock availability and approval after verification.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be governed by this Return & Refund Policy.

9. Quality Inspection

All returned products undergo a quality inspection before a refund or replacement is approved. If the returned item does not satisfy the eligibility criteria mentioned in this policy, Encliff reserves the right to reject the return request.
